VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona

Doctor Jesse Markovich was Pumpkin’s Doctor since we moved from Ohio to Arizona.  The Staff at the VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona in Mesa and the Doctor’s are all incredibly caring individuals and treat each patient as their own family.   The Staff at VCA attended Pumpkin’s funeral services, taking time off from their jobs to attend, which meant the world to us.  Doctor Jesse Markovich is pictured second to left in the photo on the VCA website link that follows:

ABOUT PUMPKINFOREVER.NET

Follow Pumpkin’s diagnosis of Kidney disease and his medical treatments.  Associated with this page will be a link to his Internal Medicine Doctor, articles on canine kidney disease, alternative medicine and our time with Pumpkin from beginning to the end of treatment and passing.

There will also be information on Tube feeding, which we implemented to help Pumpkin stay nourished when nausea interfered with his taste buds and appetite. We want you to know we were scared when first confronted by the thought of tube feeding. After a few times, it was relatively easy and it gave us comfort that Pumpkin was getting nourishment. In turn, this helped him regain strength and he was able to continue a active lifestyle.
